A personalized training program designed around your goals, fitness level, and everyday life to help you maximize both performance and enjoyment in running.
Your training plan is reviewed and adjusted weekly or biweekly based on your progress, feedback, and changing life demands. Through regular communication and a collaborative coaching approach, we ensure your training remains effective, sustainable, and enjoyable.
All coaching and communication take place online.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS
Whether your goal is injury prevention, improved running performance, or increased strength, we tailor your program to your goals, fitness level, and individual needs.
Through regular feedback and ongoing communication, coach and athlete work together to ensure the training remains effective, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.
We offer online training programs, virtual coaching sessions, and in-person individual or group sessions in Gothenburg.

RACE SPECIFIC TRAINING PLAN
Preparing for a goal race in 12 weeks? Let us create a personalized training plan to help you arrive at the start line confident and ready.
This package includes:
● A customized 12-week training program
● An initial consultation to discuss your goals and training background
● A race strategy and planning session
● A post-race review and debrief
Additional consultations or substantial modifications to the training plan can be arranged for an additional fee.
Please contact us at least two weeks before your desired start date.
Price: 12 weeks plan - 1,500 SEK
Looking for a shorter or longer training plan? Contact us for a customized quote.
